The next P-EBT data submission for school year 2022-23 (SY 2022-23) is Friday, June 30, 2023, at 4 p.m. Please review Instructions for Manual Entry and Bulk Upload and P-EBT Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) prior to submitting. Please upload student data into the P-EBT portal as soon as possible to allow time to correct data errors that may occur.
Final Portal Deadline
The end of the Public Health Emergency (PHE) on May 11, 2023, also meant the end of the P-EBT program. The final portal data entry deadline for P-EBT program will be Monday, July 31, 2023, at 4 p.m. The final P-EBT benefits are expected to be disbursed in late August 2023.
Students Not Sent to DHS Status
Students with a red X under the student’s tab have not qualified for a 2022-23 P-EBT payment. The May 2023 deadline only paid students with a qualifying 2022-23 COVID-19 impact entered in their student record or via bulk upload.
Students entered for summer will remain as not sent to DHS status until after the June 30 deadline. The first summer disbursement will happen in late July 2023. Refer to the Benefit Issuance Timeline for details on deadlines and benefit disbursements.
