Please read the Nonpublic Public Aids; Promulgation of Fiscal Year 2020 Program Rates of Entitlement and Pupil Reporting Procedure memorandum from Greg Sogaard, Division of School Finance. The fiscal year 2020 rates of entitlement have been revised. Please pass this information to your district administrator for nonpublic pupil aids.

Please note that this memo does not apply to charter schools.
