SUBJECT: Payments in SWIFT
We have heard from several of you that the cash transfer posted on the Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) website at https://www2.mainserver.state.mn.us/vendorpmts/login.html is not adequate to receipt cash correctly. We’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced.
MMB has made training tools for vendors at the following link that will assist you in reaching the level of detail required to appropriately post cash payments: http://supplier.swift.state.mn.us.
The “Instructions for Training Guide” and the “Vendor Step-by-Step Training Guide” will assist you in accessing data that is necessary to find detail level of payments.
If you have difficultly following the instructions or cannot access the data, please contact MMB staff at 651-201-8000.
