Summer Teacher Tours provide professional development for educators to dig-in to agriculture with exciting tours and experiences at farms, processing sites, research facilities, and more! Participants will receive a wealth of standards-based, agriculture-themed lesson plans and resources, as well as opportunities to network and share ideas with fellow K-12 educators.

If this is your first year as a K-12 teacher, you can apply for our MAITC first-year teacher grant! This grant provides funding so you can use food, plants, and animals to help your students learn and grow!

Now is a great time to start organizing your Summer Farm Camp! Farm Camp is a perfect enhancement to your summer school curriculum.

The National Agriculture in the Classroom Organization is accepting applications for their Classroom Resource Grant. Grant recipients will receive $500 to purchase materials and resources to supplement the ag literacy education efforts within their preK-12th grade classrooms.
Grant funds may be used to purchase resources and materials, including ag-accurate books, from one or both of the following sources:
