Mason Vitamins Inc. Issues Recall

November 17, 2022 - Mason Vitamins Inc. has issued a nationwide voluntary recall of the specific lot of Healthy Sense Daily Multiple with Iron and People’s Choice Women's Daily Vitamins with Iron due to Vitamin A, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Pantothenic Acid amounts being lower than the declared amount on the label.

The products were sold nationwide at Bargain Barn, 99 Cents Only, Fruth Pharmacy, Joe V’s Smart Shop, Rose’s Discount Stores, Rex Discount Pharmacy, Star Discount Pharmacy, Propst Discount Pharmacy, Dollar Tree and limited distributors.

Green Day Produce, Inc. Issues Recall

November 17, 2022 - Green Day Produce, Inc. is recalling its 200g/ 7.05oz packages of ENOKI MUSHROOM (Product of Korea) sold from September 2022 - October 2022 because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

The recalled Enoki Mushroom was distributed nationwide to distributors and retail stores.

The Enoki Mushroom comes in a 200g/7.05oz clear plastic package with the following description “Enoki Mushroom” in the front and Green Day Produce, Inc. in the back. The UPC is 16430-69080 is located on the back side of the package. There is no lot code or dates on the package.

Fudgeamentals Issues Recall

November 17, 2022 - Fudgeamentals has voluntarily recalled one lot of Chocolate Fudge Bites packaged in 8 oz. plastic containers. The Chocolate Fudge Bites products may contain Chocolate Walnut Fudge Bites products instead, resulting in the presence of undeclared tree nut (walnut) ingredient. 

These products were distributed through Fareway retail stores in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, and South Dakota. The product comes in a clear plastic container labeled Chocolate Fudge Bites, marked with lot #22301015 and UPC code 840235800392. The UPC code can be found on the back or bottom side of the product just below the barcode. The lot number can be found printed directly on the side of the package.
