Congratulations to the Staples-Motley FFA Chapter

The Staples-Motley FFA Chapter won the 2022 Minnesota FFA Agricultural Literacy Challenge. This FFA Chapter participated in a wide variety of agricultural literacy and service-based activities to share the story of agriculture in their community. One of the activities, focused on promoting the importance of of local agricultural businesses. This "Small Business Showdown" used the app "Goosechase" to create challenges for students in grades 7-12 to complete by visiting these businesses. The Staples-Motley FFA Chapter also hosted hosted virtual events, such as the #ThankAFarmersgiving agricultural advocacy campaign. Trivia questions and challenges were shared during the week of Thanksgiving to get conversations started about where food comes from.
