May is National Beef Month and we are here to celebrate! Join us for a beef-themed virtual field trip and explore our Minnesota Agriculture in the Classroom (MAITC) resources to find fun connections between agriculture and science, social studies, math, and health and nutrition.
Join us as we visit Brenny Farms near Mazeppa, Minnesota. Ted and Katie Brenny are fifth-generation farmers. They raise beef cattle and are also committed to being environmental stewards of the land by improving water quality and natural habitat.

Midwest Dairy is inviting forth-sixth grade students and teachers to join retired Minnesota Vikings linebacker, Chad Greenway, and Minnesota dairy farmer, Charles Krause, as they bring your classroom on a mini-tour of the Vikings Museum. They’ll also have an engaging discussion about the changes to their respective football and dairy farming “fields” over the years. Classrooms will have a chance to earn fun prizes, including signed merchandise and museum tickets.
