Description: “You’ve got management buy-in and the resources to improve accessibility. But when faced with hundreds of digital platforms, where do you start? Embedding accessibility at scale in large organisations presents huge challenges. With limited organisational awareness of how to avoid or fix accessibility issues, it is often left to individuals and small teams of accessibility experts to manage and improve digital accessibility.
This webinar will look at how business planning and risk management practices can be used to guide decisions on where and how to focus accessibility activities. It will introduce the 4 R model – Risk, Rank, Replicate, Roadmap - to plan for and help measure accessibility improvements while drawing on examples and best practices from public sector, universities, and the financial industry. Attendees will also hear about the approaches to communicating digital accessibility challenges and successes to senior management and throughout large organisations.”

- Abi James, Senior Digital Accessibility Consultant, Barclays

Inspired by the techniques described in the book, Kate will discuss how to help shift the digital accessibility culture using small, actionable steps that can be incorporated into everyday habits and workflows.
