 Manufactured Home Community Redevelopment Program Applications Due September 18
The Manufactured Home Community Redevelopment Program is a grant program to fund infrastructure improvements or acquisition of manufactured home parks to address the needs of aging manufactured home communities around the state. The 2026 request for proposals (RFP) will prioritize projects that address health and safety concerns due to funding availability.
Applicants should apply online to complete the full application.
Additional information and application instructions are found on the Manufactured Housing page on the Minnesota Housing website. Applications are due by noon on Friday, September 18, 2026.
