 Manufactured Home Community Redevelopment Program: Reminder, Intent to Apply due Friday, August 28
The Manufactured Home Community Redevelopment Program is a grant program to fund infrastructure improvements or acquisition of manufactured home parks to address the needs of aging manufactured home communities around the state. The 2026 RFP will prioritize projects that address health and safety concerns due to funding availability.
Funds are available through a competitive request for proposals (RFP) process. The RFP is now open.
- Applicants are required to first submit an Intent to Apply by noon Friday, August 28, 2026.
- Applicants will receive information on registering for technical assistance after submitting the Intent to Apply.
- Applicants should then apply online to complete the full application by noon on Friday, September 18, 2026.
