We made updates to the following document:

What changed in this document?
We updated section #20. The new section reads as follows:
The Borrower and the Borrower Affiliates, if any, agree to notify Minnesota Housing immediately in the event they add an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) to the Property that will consist of 15% or more of the finished square footage of the Property after the improvement. An ADU is defined as a smaller additional dwelling unit within, attached to, or on the same lot as a one family dwelling or duplex.
As with sections #2 through #19, the Minnesota Housing Lending Partner must review, investigate and evaluate section #20.
We also expanded signature blocks on the Start Up Loan Program Affidavit.

The updated form may be used immediately and must be used as of September 2, 2026.
