Impact Fund is updating the Procedural Manual, and gathering input on program topics including affordability gap, housing ratios, household size considerations and in-house fees.

If you haven’t completed the anonymous survey, please take a few minutes to do so by tomorrow, July 14, 2026. It should take about 10–20 minutes, depending on the activity types your organization administers.
