 2026 Single Family Request for Proposals (RFP) Closing Soon
The 2026 Single Family RFP is closing soon. Visit the Impact Fund webpage for information and application materials.
Application materials must be submitted through the Single Family Secure File Exchange (LeapFILE) to impact.fund.mhfa@state.mn.us no later than noon Central time on Thursday, July 9, 2026 to be considered for funding.
Final Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) is Posted
Questions received about the 2026 Single Family RFP on or before Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at noon are now posted in the final FAQ document on the Impact Fund webpage.
The deadline to ask questions or receive Technical Assistance has passed, however a recording of the 2026 Single Family RFP Information Session is available online. Anyone with questions should refer to the FAQ or the 2026 Single Family RFP Information Session available on the Impact Fund webpage.
Minnesota Housing Closed for Independence Day
Minnesota Housing will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day. Regular business operations will resume on Monday, July 6.
