 2026 Single Family RFP Updates
An error affecting certain calculations and site cost determinations in the Activity Workbook for the 2026 Single Family RFP New Construction Application has been identified and corrected. The revised workbook ensures that the “Project Info” tab now functions properly across all three sets of tabs. Applicants submitting a Single Family RFP application for New Construction should use the updated version. Applications submitted using the previously posted version will still be accepted.
Community Stabilization RFP FAQ Now Posted
The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document is now posted for the Community Stabilization RFP. The final updated version of the Community Stabilization FAQ will be posted on or before June 19.
Upcoming RFP Deadlines
Please note that the deadline to ask questions or receive Technical Assistance for both applications has passed.
