Minnesota Housing is hiring! Serve Minnesotans by leading critical housing finance operations as the Single Family Portfolio Operations Supervisor. This role supervises staff on the Quality Control and Portfolio Management (servicing) teams directing day-to-day work to meet goals aligned with Agency values. The Supervisor is responsible to lead and mentor staff, develop and maintain clear policies and procedures, oversee department reporting, manage third party vendor relationships and participate in division and Agency leadership activities.
