Fix Up Rate Review June 1

The next monthly rate review and possible adjustment takes place on Monday, June 1. Given the potential for rate changes, please review your pipeline and lock loans as appropriate. 

As a reminder, our Energy Incentive Loan rates for both unsecured and secured loans are also reviewed monthly and may be adjusted at that time. Energy Loan Plus interest rates will not change at this time.
