 2026 Single Family Request for Proposals (RFP) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Updated
The Single Family Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document on the Impact Fund webpage was updated on May 5 and now includes questions from the first Office Hours session and 1:1 Technical Assistance sessions. New questions appear in red alongside previously asked questions, and all questions are dated according to when they were first asked.
Prospective applicants may submit questions may via email to the Impact Fund team at impact.fund.mhfa@state.mn.us or in Technical Assistance sessions.
Prospective applicants can schedule Technical Assistance through June 9 using this link.
Revised Activity Application Section for Tribal Indian Housing Program and School Direct Costs
The 2026 Single Family RFP Activity Application reflects updates for the Tribal Indian Housing Program and School Direct Cost uses. The application now includes previously omitted questions on sustainability and innovation.
Applicants should complete the revised application when applying for Tribal Indian Housing Program or School Direct Cost funds to ensure RFP responses include all required information.
Revised Pre-Award Risk Assessment and Internal Controls Forms
The Risk Assessment and Internal Controls forms released with the Single Family RFP were locked and unavailable for editing. We have updated the settings for these forms, and they now allow users full access.
