Minnesota Housing is hitting the road to Willmar to bring you an in-person Fix Up training!
This training is designed for new Fix Up lenders and experienced lenders wanting a refresher, as well as curious lenders who don't yet offer Fix Up. We'll cover key features of the program, borrower and property eligibility, and the breadth of permanent home improvements eligible for the Fix Up financing.

Fix Up Rate Review May 1
The next monthly rate review and possible adjustment takes place on Friday, May 1. Given the potential for rate changes, please review your pipeline and lock loans as appropriate.
As a reminder, our Energy Incentive Loan rates for both unsecured and secured loans are also reviewed monthly and may be adjusted at that time. Energy Loan Plus interest rates will not change at this time.

Join us for the 2026 Fix Up Lender Connect calls where we focus on answering questions about Fix Up and reviewing pertinent program topics.
Calls occur at 9 a.m. Central time and will generally last 10-30 minutes depending on topics and conversation.
