Changes in the 2026 Single Family RFP

- Proposals that result in the addition of new affordable housing to the statewide housing stock will be prioritized and have more points available in scoring. See the Eligible Activities section of the RFP Application Instructions for details.
- The application scoring process now includes a baseline capacity analysis to determine whether the Applicant has the ability to meet eligibility requirements. See the Baseline Capacity Analysis section of the RFP Application Instructions for details.
- Competitive Criteria have been revised, with more overall points available, new Community Reviewer Feedback and Equity categories, and priority points for the new Innovation and Efficiency section. See the Competitive Criteria section of the RFP Application Instructions for details.
