Lender Survey: Share Your Thoughts about our Rehabilitation Loan Program (RLP) and Emergency and Accessibility Loan Program (ELP)
We want your help in shaping the future of Minnesota Housing’s rehabilitation loan programs.
Take just 10 minutes to complete our lender survey to share your thoughts on how the programs are going and what we could do to make them better. Your responses are anonymous and play an important role in helping us improve your experience with Minnesota Housing.
The survey will be open until Friday, April 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
We encourage you to forward this message to other staff that work with our rehabilitation loan programs, as everyone’s perspective is important. Thanks for helping us make Minnesota Housing even better!
Reminder: Virtual RLP/ELP Lender Connect Meeting
Minnesota Housing is hosting a virtual Lender Connect Meeting on Tuesday, March 31 from 11 a.m.-noon for all RLP/ELP lenders. You should have already received a Teams meeting invite for the event. If you have not received an invite, please reach out to program staff at RLP.ELP@state.mn.us.
In the session, we’ll provide program updates and reminders, discuss topics related to the program and provide lenders the opportunity to ask questions.
Document Update
A fillable PDF version of the Single Family Rehabilitation Standard has been posted to the RLP/ELP Forms Guide & Glossary. The previously available RTF version of the document is still available. Both formats are currently acceptable.
