 Hello Partners,
Minnesota Housing will be sending out postcards with a link to a survey to borrowers who obtained a Rehabilitation Loan Program (RLP) and/or an Emergency and Accessibility Loan (ELP) loan within the last five years. We will also send a separate survey to people that applied for an RLP/ELP loan within the last five years but did not proceed with the program. The postcards with a link to the survey are expected to be sent within the next week. The purpose of the survey is to hear about the borrower’s experience with RLP and ELP programs. This information will help us strengthen our programs and improve the overall experience for homeowners seeking financing for home improvements that directly affect the safety, habitability, energy efficiency and/or accessibility of their homes.
The survey is voluntary, and responses are anonymous. At the end of the survey, participants will have the opportunity to opt in to participate in future program related conversations with Minnesota Housing, and to enter a drawing for a $75 Visa gift card. In the event a borrower reaches out to you with questions and/or concerns please feel free to have them contact us at 1.800.657.3769 or mn.housing@state.mn.us.
Thank you, we appreciate and value your partnership!
