Last Call! Lender Survey Deadline October 22, 2025
We value your opinions about Minnesota Housing's homeownership programs and services. Please take a few minutes to complete our lender survey to let us know how we’re doing. Your responses are anonymous, and we will use your feedback to help improve your experience with Minnesota Housing.
As an incentive for completing the survey, we are offering an opportunity for you to enter a drawing to win Minnesota Housing swag.* To enter, simply click on the drawing entry link after completing the survey.
- All entries must be submitted by October 22, 2025.
- The winner will be notified by November 12, 2025 and may choose a convenient date for the delivery.

Reminder: DPL and DPL+ Eligibility Worksheet
We made a minor formatting change to the DPL and DPL+ Eligibility Worksheet to increase the size of the tables in the front-end ratio calculator to allow the input amounts to be visible.
The updated DPL and DPL Plus Eligibility Worksheet may be used immediately.

Monthly Update & Hot Topics Call
The Monthly Update & Hot Topics Call is for our lending and other community partners. During these calls we review recent Minnesota Housing updates and important information to help you originate and process our loans. Lenders are welcome to submit questions or topics to discuss on the call. This is a great venue to have more in-depth discussion on advanced topics. If you are a consumer, please visit www.mnhousing.gov to learn more about the programs we offer, the resources available to you and to find a participating lender.
