Rehabilitation Loan Program (RLP) &
Emergency Loan Program (ELP) Document Updates

The following documents have been revised to remove the signature requirements. The updated documents can be found in the Rehabilitation and Emergency & Accessibility Loan Programs Forms Guide and Glossary or through the direct links below: 

• Project Extension Request 
• Green Communities Addendum 
• Lead Based Paint Summary
• Single Family Rehabilitation Standard 
  • The updated document also includes additional language related to eligible properties.

Lenders are still required to provide the name of the person who completed the document.
