Best Practices for Disbursement Requests
To help ensure timely review of your requests, please keep the following in mind:
-
Unauthorized Fees: Per section 6.06 of the Impact Fund Procedural Manual, any compensation to the Administrator beyond the Administration Fee or Developer Fee is ineligible for payment unless approved in writing by Minnesota Housing in advance. Do not include unauthorized fees in your request.
- Fully Executed Documentation: All required signatures must be in place on the Request for Funds form and supporting documentation.
- Consistency: Names, dates and amounts should match across all submitted documents.
- Complete and Accurate Forms: Fill out every step on the Request for Funds form and confirm that the information aligns with your contract.
