 2025 Single Family Request for Proposals (RFP) Closes Tomorrow
The deadline to apply to the 2025 Single Family RFP is Thursday, July 10, 2025 at noon Central time. Visit the Impact Fund webpage for information and application materials.
The deadline to ask questions or receive Technical Assistance has passed, however, a recording of the 2025 Single Family RFP Information Session is available online along with slides from the presentation.
Update on LeapFILE Submission & Verification Issues
Impact Fund staff have been alerted to the presence of a new identity verification process recently added to the LeapFILE Secure Upload portal. This change was made by the service provider and Minnesota Housing cannot disable the new function at this time.
To submit Single Family RFP materials before the July 10 deadline, we are asking applicants encountering the error to use an alternative email provider to receive the verification code requested by LeapFILE. This will not affect the security of the upload, nor will it affect the ability of Impact Fund staff to correspond with applicants during the application review process.
Applicants experiencing difficulty using the Secure Upload portal should contact Impact Fund staff at impact.fund.mhfa@state.mn.us.
