DPL and DPL Plus Eligibility Worksheet
We’ve revised the DPL Plus Eligibility Worksheet and renamed it the DPL and DPL Plus Eligibility Worksheet, so now you can use it to calculate the housing (front-end) ratio for both Deferred Payment Loan (DPL) and Deferred Payment Loan Plus (DPL Plus). The minimum 28% housing (front-end) ratio is a requirement and needs to be calculated on every DPL and DPL Plus downpayment and closing cost loan. You’ll find the housing (front-end) ratio calculator tool at the top of the worksheet (which applies to both DPL and DPL Plus), and the guidance on the DPL Plus targeting criteria (applicable only to DPL Plus) at the bottom.
Minnesota Housing Closed for Fourth of July
Minnesota Housing will be closed on Friday, July 4 for the Fourth of July holiday.
Lenders will be unable to lock new loans from 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 3 through 10 a.m. on Monday, July 7.
Monthly Update & Hot Topics Call
The Monthly Update & Hot Topics Call is open for everyone to attend. During these calls we review recent Minnesota Housing updates and important information to help you originate and process our loans. Lenders are welcome to submit questions or topics to discuss on the call. This is a great venue to have more in-depth discussion on advance topics.
