 Rehabilitation Loan Program (RLP) & Emergency Loan Program (ELP) Document Updates
- The RLP Loan File Requirements Checklist has been revised to include the following:
- Added a copy of the Closing Disclosure
- Added the Lead-Based Paint Summary (This is a new form that is required for all RLP and ELP loans. This form replaces the Final Affidavit of Receipt of Lead Requirements and the Lead-Based Paint Checklist.)
- Added a Copy of the Right of Rescission
- Added the Certificate of Completion for electronic signatures, if applicable
- Added Asset documentation for all household residents 18 years of age or older
- Removed the Final Affidavit of Receipts of Lead Requirement form
- Removed the Lead Based-Paint Checklist
- The RLP/ELP Forms Guide & Glossary has been revised to reflect the document changes.
These documents must be used for loans locked on or after July 1, 2025.
Minnesota Housing Closed for Fourth of July
Minnesota Housing will be closed on Friday, July 4 for the Fourth of July holiday.
