 2025 Single Family Request for Proposals (RFP) Updates
The Word version of the 2025 Single Family RFP Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Application did not update properly and was still linked to the 2024 version. The PDF version of the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Application was linked properly to the 2025 version. This error has now been corrected, and both Word and PDF options link to the 2025 Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Application.
If you are submitting a Single Family RFP application for Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation, please use the 2025 version. Applications submitted using the 2024 version will still be accepted.
Deadline to Ask Questions or Receive Technical Assistance
The deadline for Technical Assistance and questions about the Single Family RFP is Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at noon Central time.
All applicants and prospective applicants are encouraged to request technical assistance prior to that time to ask questions or seek clarification from Impact Fund team members. To ask a question, email the Impact Fund team at Impact.Fund.MHFA@state.mn.us.
