 Updated Income Limits Effective Today
The following income limits are effective for Fix Up loans (including energy incentive loans) locked on or after today, June 2, 2025:
- 11-County Twin Cities Metro Area*: $172,100
- Dodge & Olmsted Counties: $172,100
- All Other Counties: $152,000
The following income limits will be effective for Energy Loan Plus loans locked on or after June 2, 2025:
- 11-County Twin Cities Metro Area*: $105,900
- Dodge & Olmsted Counties: $100,400
- All Other Counties: $93,500
*The 11-county Twin Cities Metro Area is defined as: Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington and Wright Counties.

June Rate Reminder
The monthly Fix Up Loan Program rate review took place today, Monday, June 2. Rates did not change for June.
As a reminder, our Energy Incentive Loan rate for both unsecured and secured loans are also reviewed monthly and may be adjusted at that time. Energy Loan Plus loan interest rates will not change. Please visit the Home Improvement Interest Rates webpage for a list of current rates.
Reminder: Electronic Signatures
The electronic signatures section of the Fix Up Program Procedural Manual (see section B.09) was recently updated.
Please note that e-signatures will not be accepted on any document that needs to be recorded with the county. If e-signature is used on non-recorded documents, a Certificate of Completion/Certificate of Authenticity is required as instructed on the Loan Transmittal.
