 Reminder: Rehabilitation Loan/Emergency & Accessibility Loan Programs Income Limit Changes
The Rehabilitation Loan/Emergency & Accessibility Loan Programs (RLP/ELP) income limits will change effective June 2, 2025.
The following income limits will be effective for loans locked on or after June 2, 2025:

Electronic Signatures
The electronic signatures section of the Rehabilitation Loan Program (see section B.08) and the Emergency and Accessibility Loan Program (see section B.08) Procedural Manuals was recently updated.
Please note that e-signatures will not be accepted on any document that needs to be recorded with the county.
