 Mortgage Loans Document Update| #36-2025
We made updates to the following documents:
- Subsidy Recapture Statement and Tennessen Warning - updated for loans locked on or after June 2, 2025
- Forms Guide and Glossary (This is not a required form but a guide showing what documents go with what loans.)
What changed in this document?
The subsidy recapture income limits have been updated to reflect the limits effective for loans locked on or after June 2, 2025.
The Forms Guide and Glossary has been updated to reflect which version of the Subsidy Recapture Statement and Tennessen Warning form is required, based on lock date.
Timeline:
The updated Subsidy Recapture Statement and Tennessen Warning (version date 06.02.2025) must be used for Start Up loans locked on or after June 2, 2025.
Loans locked on or before May 31, 2025 must continue to use the Subsidy Recapture Statement and Tennessen Warning with version date 04.16.2024.
