 Rehabilitation Loan/Emergency & Accessibility Loan Programs Income Limit Changes
The Rehabilitation Loan/Emergency & Accessibility Loan Programs (RLP/ELP) income limits will change effective June 2, 2025.
The following income limits will be effective for loans locked on or after June 2, 2025:
