Mortgage Loans Document Update| #35-2025

We removed the following forms:

Minnesota Housing's First-Generation Homebuyer Loan Program funds have been exhausted and all loans are through the pipeline. We removed the following forms from our commitment system and website:

• First-Generation Homebuyer Loan Eligibility Worksheet
• First-Generation Homebuyer Loan Mortgage
• First-Generation Homebuyer Loan Note
• FHA Award Letter – First-Generation (FHA only)
• FHA DPA Commitment Form – First-Generation (FHA only)
• Required Forms Summary – Start Up & First- Generation Homebuyer Loan
• The following checklists:
  • Start Up: Conventional First-Generation with DPL/DPL+
  • Start Up: Conventional First-Generation with MPL
  • Start Up: Conventional First-Generation
  • Start Up: FHA First-Generation with DPL/DPL+
  • Start Up: FHA First-Generation with MPL
  • Start Up: FHA First-Generation (no MPL/DPL/DPL+)
  • Start Up: RD First-Generation with DPL/DPL+
  • Start Up: RD First-Generation with MPL

Timeline:

First-Generation Homebuyer Loan forms and checklists listed above*:
Remove from your system as soon as you are able.

*Be careful not to remove the First-Generation Homebuyer Affidavit because this document is required for all Deferred Payment Loan Plus borrowers using the First-Generation Homebuyer targeting criteria (effective March 3, 2025).

Appliance Form (203k Limited or New Construction):
Can be used immediately. Must be used by April 30, 2025.
