 Application Now Open for the 2025 Greater Minnesota Housing Infrastructure Grant Program Request for Proposals
Application materials for the Greater Minnesota Housing Infrastructure Grant Program Request for Proposals (RFP) are now available on the . The application must be completed via the Cvent survey tool and will close on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 5 p.m. Central time.
Before completing applications in Cvent, applicants are strongly encouraged to:
- Review the RFP Instructions.
- Use the Application Content reference document to prepare their responses outside of Cvent, such as in a Microsoft Word document.
- Attend a technical assistance session.
Technical assistance sessions will be held via Microsoft Teams Webinar on Tuesday, April 22 from 10:30 a.m. - noon and Wednesday, April 30 from 2 - 3:30 p.m. Applicants are asked to register for one session only. A webinar will be recorded and made available on the Local Government Housing Programs website for those unable to attend.
