 Fix Up Rate Changes December 2
The next monthly rate review and adjustment takes place on Monday, December 2. It is essential that lenders lock loans in their pipeline to get the current rate.
As a reminder, our Energy Incentive Loan rate for both unsecured and secured loans will now be reviewed monthly and may be adjusted at that time. Energy Loan Plus loan interest rates will not change. Please visit the Home Improvement Interest Rates webpage for a list of current rates.
Minnesota Housing Closed for Thanksgiving
Minnesota Housing will be closed on Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 for Thanksgiving.
Completing Assignments
Assignments must list Minnesota Housing’s legal name, Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, and should not include any additional wording aside from the Agency’s legal name.
