 Important Update: Fix Up Rate Changes
The next monthly rate review and adjustment takes place on Friday, November 1. It is essential that lenders lock loans in their pipeline to get the current rate.
Our Energy Incentive Loan rate for both unsecured and secured loans will change more frequently during the monthly review and adjustment. The Energy Incentive Loan rate has not changed since September 2023. Energy Loan Plus loan interest rates will not change. This training is online and designed both for new Fix Up lenders and experienced lenders wanting a refresher, as well as curious lenders who don’t yet offer Fix Up.
