 Manufactured Home Community Redevelopment Program: Intent to Apply Due Friday, August 30, 2024
The Manufactured Home Community Redevelopment Program is a grant program to fund infrastructure improvements or acquisition of manufactured home parks to address the needs of aging manufactured home communities around the state. The 2024 RFP will be prioritizing health and safety concerns due to limited funding.
Funds are available through an annual competitive request for proposals (RFP) process. The RFP is now open. Applicants are required to first submit an Intent to Apply by noon on Friday, August 30, 2024. Applicants will receive information on registering for technical assistance after submitting the Intent to Apply. Applicants should then apply online to complete the full application. Additional information and application instructions are found on the Manufactured Housing page on the Minnesota Housing website. Applications are due by noon on Thursday, September 19, 2024.
