Reminder! Forgivable Loan Notes and Manufactured Home Note & Security Agreement
The Impact Fund 10-year and 20-year Forgivable Loan Notes have been updated to remove previous errors in section references. All administrators providing Impact Fund forgivable loans for real property must use the revised Notes, found under the Deferred Loans section on the Impact Fund Partners webpage.
The Impact Fund Manufactured Home Note and Security Agreement is now available under the Deferred Loans section on the Impact Fund Partners webpage for projects providing deferred forgivable loans for manufactured homes taxed as personal property.
The Impact Fund (Balloon) Loan Note does not have any changes. Administrators providing 30-year repayable loans can continue to use the Impact Fund (Balloon) Loan Note (rev. 05/22/2024).

Homeownership Programs Manager Job Opening – Closes July 30!
The Homeownership Programs Manager will lead and develop the training and technical assistance (TA) strategy for the Impact Fund Team, which implements the Impact Fund and Workforce and Affordable Homeownership Development Programs providing grants and loans for single family homeownership housing development.
The Homeownership Programs Manager will promote strong partner capacity and Agency relationships to deliver program outcomes, and greater transparency and clarity on Agency award requirements that will be in place throughout the award cycle through developing and leading a robust training and TA strategy to support awarded administrators and ensure administrators implement programs in compliance with program requirements. The position will be responsible for resolving complex business problems and program noncompliance in partnership with program administrators and internal staff.

Manufactured Housing Program Officer Job Opening – Closes August 5!
The Manufactured Housing Program Officer position is part of a collaborative team that helps advance manufactured housing initiatives by engaging with industry professionals, manufactured home community owners, tenant advocates, as well as other state agencies and community partners to support and preserve manufactured housing communities around the state.
This position will help advance the manufactured housing initiatives, agency, and interagency initiatives to refine and operate a robust portfolio of manufactured housing projects and programs.
This position will expire at 11:59 p.m. on August 5.
