Energy Loan Plus is Launching Soon!
Minnesota Housing’s new Energy Loan Plus* option is scheduled to launch in early July. Energy Loan Plus offers a reduced interest rate for energy conservation improvements for households at 80% area median income (AMI). It will be an additional option under the Fix Up loan program. All current Fix Up lenders will be able to access Energy Loan Plus.
Please join us for a live webinar next week where Minnesota Housing staff will cover key features of Energy Loan Plus as well as borrower and project eligibility requirements. The training is geared toward existing Fix Up lenders and housing professionals who work with homeowners.
