2024 Single Family Request for Proposals (RFP) is Open

2024 Single Family RFP Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Now Available
Questions received on or before June 5, 2024 about the Single Family RFP have been posted in an FAQ document available on the Impact Fund webpage.
All questions must be submitted by Thursday, June 20, 2024, at noon Central time and will be added to the FAQ. No questions submitted after that time will be answered. The final FAQ will be posted on or before Tuesday, June 25, 2024.
Revisions to Activity Workbooks
The Single Family RFP activity workbooks noted below have been corrected to remove a data validation error message on the Affordability Gap tabs. The error message prevented applicants from entering the total number of proposed units requesting Affordability Gap funds.
All applicants requesting Affordability Gap funds in conjunction with value gap and/or direct costs for schools should use the revised workbooks dated June 13, 2024.
In the Tribal Indian Housing Program Workbook, a data validation error message has been corrected to allow an administration fee of up to $1,000. Applications submitted using the originally posted Tribal Indian Housing Program Workbook will also be accepted.
No other application documents have been affected or revised at this time. Please reach out to the Impact Fund team at Impact.Fund.MHFA@state.mn.us with any questions.
Technical Assistance Deadline
The deadline for Technical Assistance and questions about the Single Family RFP is Thursday, June 20, 2024 at noon Central time.
All applicants and prospective applicants are encouraged to request technical assistance before that time to ask questions or seek clarification from Impact Fund team members. To request technical assistance, email the Impact Fund team at impact.fund.mhfa@state.mn.us.
