 2024 Single Family Request for Proposals (RFP) is Open

2024 Single Family RFP Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Now Available
Questions received on or before May 2, 2024 about the Single Family RFP have been posted in an FAQ document available on the Impact Fund webpage. The FAQ will be updated periodically while the Single Family RFP is open.
All questions must be submitted by Thursday, June 20, 2024, at noon Central time and will be added to the FAQ. No questions submitted after that time will be answered. The final FAQ will be posted on or before Tuesday, June 25, 2024.
Revisions to the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Activity Application and Workbook
The Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Activity Application has been revised to reflect language consistent with the Single Family RFP. All references to affordability gap have been deleted and replaced with references to owner-occupied rehabilitation as applicable. In the Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Activity Workbook, a data validation error message has been corrected to reference Total Development Costs rather than Total Hard Costs, eliminating an error related to the appropriateness of subsidy request amounts.
Applications submitted using the originally posted Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Activity Application and Workbook will also be accepted. Please reach out to the Impact Fund team at impact.fund.mhfa@state.mn.us with any questions.

All applicants and prospective applicants are encouraged to request technical assistance to ask questions or seek clarification from Impact Fund team members. To request technical assistance, email the Impact Fund team at impact.fund.mhfa@state.mn.us.
