Continuing Education Credits Available to Real Estate Agents
Tell your real estate agent partners about our upcoming continuing education (CE) classes in Edina and Bemidji. They can earn up to two free continuing education credits and learn about how Minnesota Housing loan programs can:
- Help them sell more homes through Minnesota Housing’s Start Up or Step Up programs
- Turn a homeowner’s vision into reality through Minnesota Housing’s Fix Up home improvement loan program

This training is designed both for new Fix Up lenders and experienced lenders wanting a refresher, as well as curious lenders who don’t yet offer Fix Up. We'll cover key features of the program, borrower and property eligibility, and the breadth of permanent home improvements eligible for Fix Up financing.

Quarterly Check-in Calls
Join us for quarterly check-in calls where we focus on answering questions about Fix Up and reviewing pertinent program topics.

When you register, you will be signed up for all sessions in the series but can attend the sessions that work for you. Calls occur quarterly on the third Wednesday of the month at 9 a.m. CST. Calls generally last 10-30 minutes depending on topics and conversation.
