Do you want to boost your knowledge of Minnesota Housing’s Fix Up home improvement loan program? Or do you want to learn how Fix Up can help you serve more clients? Minnesota Housing is hitting the road this spring to bring you in-person Fix Up trainings.
These trainings are designed both for new Fix Up lenders and experienced lenders wanting a refresher, as well as curious lenders who don’t yet offer Fix Up. We'll cover key features of the program, borrower and property eligibility, and the breadth of permanent home improvements eligible for Fix Up financing.

Join us for quarterly check-in calls where we focus on answering questions about Fix Up and reviewing pertinent program topics.

When you register, you will be signed up for all sessions in the series but can attend the sessions that work for you. Calls occur quarterly on the third Wednesday of the month at 9 a.m. CST. Calls generally last 10-30 minutes depending on topics and conversation.
