Impact Fund Partner Focus Group
Partners, we want to hear from you! As housing leaders on the front lines of service, you understand the homeownership needs of your community and are well positioned to help shape programs to address those needs. Your invaluable insight has helped us to develop our programs with the goal to better meet the needs of those in your communities, such as offering—for the first time ever—forgivable loan options. We recognize there is continued room for improvement, so we want to hear from you again!
As we develop policies on affordability gap and owner-occupied rehabilitation loans for the 2024 Single Family RFP, we would value the opportunity to hear your thoughts. Please join us for a conversation focused on loans for affordability gap, owner-occupied rehabilitation and administration fees related to implementing these loans. We will offer future opportunities to engage and hear your thoughts on other topics.
