One Last Call! Lender Survey Deadline Extended to February 16
We value your opinions about Minnesota Housing homeownership programs and services. Please take a few minutes to tell us what you think in our lender survey. Your responses are completely anonymous, and we use your feedback to help improve your experience with Minnesota Housing.
As an incentive for completing the survey, we are offering an opportunity for you to enter a drawing for coffee and bagels! Please click on the drawing entry link at the end of the survey. All persons who click on the drawing link at the end of each survey will be entered into the drawing. No purchase necessary to enter. The estimated value is $200. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries. All entries must be submitted with the survey which will be open through February 16, 2024. The winner will be notified by February 28, 2024 and will be able to select the date for bagel and coffee delivery to their office.
U.S. Bank Lender Portal Updates
Recently U.S. Bank HFA Division updated their U.S. Bank Lender Portal. We made changes to the Contact Sheet for Minnesota Housing and U.S. Bank HFA Division located in the partner portal of our website.
U.S. Bank's new lender portal must be used to submit closed loan packages for loans in process on or after January 29, 2024
Reminder: Even though the U.S. Bank Lender Portal has changed, Minnesota Housing's commit system process did not.
Minnesota Housing Closed for Presidents' Day
Minnesota Housing will be closed on Monday, February 19 in observance of Presidents' Day. Lenders will be unable to lock new loans from 5 p.m on Friday, February 16 to 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 20.
