Second Lien Disclosures Under TRID

The Minnesota Housing downpayment and closing cost assistance options (DPL, DPL+ and MPL) are all loans and per TRID guidance, are required to be disclosed as such. We are seeing an increase in missing second lien disclosures.

• Second loan disclosures are required. If you are claiming the partial exemption, you must use the partial exemption disclosure. You can find additional guidance in the TRID and Minnesota Housing Downpayment Loans document.

Monthly Update & Hot Topics Call

The Monthly Update & Hot Topics Call is open for everyone to attend, not just underwriters. During these calls we review recent Minnesota Housing updates and important information to help you originate and process our loans. Lenders are welcome to submit questions or topics to discuss on the call. This is a great venue to have more in-depth discussion on advance topics.
