Performance Based Contract Administration (PBCA) Data Privacy Reminder
Minnesota Housing strives to protect private data and requests that all documents that contain private information be submitted via our Multifamily Secure Upload Tool found on Minnesota Housing’s website. Anyone can access the Multifamily Secure Upload Tool and you do not have to set up an account to use it.
Documents that contain private data should never be sent through email. Private data is any information that can identify individuals and includes but is not limited to social security number, tenant name and date of birth.
To access the Multifamily Secure Upload Tool, you will want to click on Secure Upload to begin the process.
You will need to enter the recipient email address that you would like to send to. Each team within the PBCA department has a separate email address to send the files to:
- TRACS: TRACS@state.mn.us – Repayment agreements and vouchers
- HMO: PBCA-MOR.MHFA@state.mn.us – MOR responses
- HAP: MHFA.HAP@state.mn.us – Utility analysis documentation
- General: MHFA.PBCA.General@state.mn.us – Tenant health, safety and maintenance responses and owner/agent banking information
Please make sure to include the name of the Minnesota Housing staff member you are sending to, along with your property name in the subject line. If you are unsure whether a document contains private data, it is best to err on the side of caution and use the secure upload tool.
