We have made changes to the following form:

What changed in this document?
We added a note that a Power of Attorney is not allowed unless approved by Minnesota Housing; we removed the requirement for the document to be notarized
Timeline:
The updated Borrower Affidavit may be used immediately and must be used for loans closed on or after December 18, 2023.
