 Mortgage Loans Document Update| #20-2023
We have made changes to the following form:
- Subsidy Recapture Disclosure Statement and Tennessen Warning - updated for loans locked on or after July 3, 2023
What changed in this document?
The subsidy recapture limits have been updated to reflect the limits effective for loans locked on or after July 3, 2023.
Timeline:
The updated Subsidy Recapture Disclosure Statement and Tennessen Warning (version date 7.3.2023) must be used for Start Up loans locked on or after 7.3.2023.
Loans locked on or before 6.30.2023 must continue to use the Subsidy Disclosure Statement and Tennessen Warning with version date 11.1.2022.
