What changed in this document?
Minnesota Housing has revised page 2 of the FHA DPA Commitment Form. This documentation certifies that the down payment loan is from an acceptable source, as defined by federal guidelines.

Timeline:
The updated form may be used immediately and must be used as of June 5, 2023.
